This is the best florist I have ever used!! My past experiences with the chain florists, and even some family owned ones, have been terrible, with no communication, and literally deliveries not happening. I searched for a local florist in the area, and so happy I did. I sent a floral "birthday cake" and the florist even contacted me about missing one type of flower, and what they would do to replace it, which was a beautiful solution. Please support local businesses like Paola's Flower Shop in West Haven. Great designs and great communication!!
